SHIPPING:
Free shipping throughout the USA. Your purchases will be gift boxed and shipped via 1st class US Postal Service . We fully insure each order, so when your order is in transit, it is always risk-free. Shipping outside the U.S: Canada & Mexico: $ 10.00 flat rate International: $12.00 flat rate If you prefer that we ship your order to other than your billing address, we require that your shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This security precaution helps prevent fraudulent charges to your credit card.

RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is to design & make jewelry that you will absolutely love. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging. When we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price, less our shipping costs to you. The refund will be processed in the same form as your initial payment.

Orders are safely and securely processed by Paypal®. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to place an order with Jewelz Studio. You will be presented with the option to create an account for future ordering convenience. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Paypal soon after you place your order. Sorry- we do not ship items COD.
